ClearSpan is a patented universal mounting and sealing system that accommodates glass, polycarbonate and acrylic from 4mm to 16mm in the same framework. That means one detail can carry a change of glazing material late in a project without redrawing the structure.
Everything is manufactured at our Kumeu factory in West Auckland from New Zealand-made aluminium, so lead times, finishes and section sizes are all confirmed locally. Powder coating is available across the full Dulux Duralloy range.
For consented work, PS1 producer statements cover both polycarbonate and glass, and span charts state maximum spans by glazing type, thickness and load. Polycarbonate options are NZBC Group 1-S rated where flame retardancy is required.
